Voluntary Sector Strategy Draft
‘A Draft Strategy For Consultation’
The Island’s Compact Strategy Group is leading the development of a strategy and a revitalised Local Compact. The group is comprised of representatives of: the Isle of Wight Council, Voluntary Sector Cabinet, Isle of Wight NHS Primary Care Trust and Isle of Wight Rural Community Council.This work is being supported by the Island Strategic Partnership (ISP) which has agreed that that ensuring an environment for a thriving third sector on the Island is a key priority and a Local Area Agreement (LAA) target.
This first phase consultation will be open until 25th July with further opportunities to influence the strategy available later in the summer.
