Committee skills, listening skills
In today’s world, being an effective member of a committee or management board is a skill that needs constant updating and honing. When we join committees, we are rarely told what is expected of us or what our responsibilities are.
This short training course introduces the skills and tools needed to run effective meetings and create stronger organisations.
Good listening skills are key to any discussions and this event introduces delegates to techniques that can help strengthen how you listen.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
People new to committees, those who have had committee work thrust upon them as well as those who have been involved with committees for many years will all benefit from attending. Whether you are a member of a small organisation or a large well known one, there will be something of value to you
