The Isle of Wight Volunteer Centre - the connection between volunteers and your organisation

If your organisation already works, or is thinking about working with volunteers, then we are here for you. To start using our services please register your organisation with us by completing the Organisation Registration Form and returning it as an e-mail attachment or hard copy in the post. The form can be downloaded here.

Do you have a volunteering opportunity you would like the Isle of Wight Volunteer Centre to promote? After registering your organisation please complete the Volunteering Opportunity Registration Form which can be downloaded here. You will need to submit a copy of this form for each unique volunteering opportunity you have.

Isle T Volunteers

If your organisation would like a better newsletter, new promotional material, a database or website or just some advice on your computer system then why not call on an Isle T volunteer. This project matches volunteers with specialist IT skills to the needs of your organisation, providing short term help and advice.If you would like to know more please contact Helen on 01983 539377 or e-mail volunteer@iwrcc.org.uk.  A form to register your IT opportunities can be downloaded here.

Support for your organisation

The Good Practice Bank at the Volunteering England web site is a great resource for voluntary and community organisations. Here you find answers to many of the questions you may have concerning volunteers and volunteering. The Good Practice Bank has Core Themes which deal with general good practice on managing volunteers and Specialist Themes which focus on more specific topics.
